Office Manager

Kim Yee came to Australia with her family from East Timor eighteen years ago. She completed VCE in Melbourne before commencing a two-year Associate Diploma of Business (Office Administration) at Swinburne TAFE. She worked for a building construction company as a receptionist and an accountant as a payroll officer before moving to take up a position at the Immigrant Women’s Domestic Violence Service as an Administrative Officer in 1999. Kim’s potential was apparent to her employers and she was promoted to Office Manager, a position she continued in for four years. In 2005, Kim completed the Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment at NMIT.

Kim believes that her move to the CS&H ITB provides her with new opportunities and challenges in a broader sector.

Early in 2008, Kim completed the Certificate IV in Financial Services (Accounting) and she is currently undertaking the Diploma of Accounting.
