Building Connections Project
This project aims to build and support local networks of Community Services and Health skills development professionals, and the expansion of CS&H ITB connections and relationships with individual enterprises.
This will 
span small to large organisations across the not for profit, public and private sectors throughout
A minimum of 60 organisations will participate in the project across metropolitan, regional and rural Victoria.
The CS&H ITB is working with industry to empower organisations to better negotiate within the training system to meet their individual organisations needs.
Through this project the CS&H ITB will broker relationships between enterprises and RTO’s in order to facilitate and strengthen the pathways to accredited training.
This will be achieved by using a personal approach, utilising workforce development strategies and flexibility. One of the outcomes of the project will be a resource that will be developed and distributed to approximately 150 organisations. The ‘Building Connections’ project will run until June 2010.
